Digistore24

As part of the order and payment processing, we work with the provider Digistore24 GmbH (hereinafter “Digistore24”), St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany. Digistore24 operates an online sales and payment processing platform through which digital products can be offered, purchased and delivered.

When you purchase one of our products through Digistore24, certain personal data is transmitted to Digistore24 and processed for the purpose of processing the order and payment. This may include your name, address, email address, payment information, order information, IP address and other information required to process and document the transaction.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the performance of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, on the basis of statutory obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Digistore24 may use payment service providers and other service providers to process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and provide its services. Digistore24 also provides mechanisms for privacy-compliant tracking on its order forms where applicable.

The personal data processed in connection with an order is generally retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the contractual and legal obligations and for the duration of applicable statutory retention periods.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, request correction or deletion where legally permissible, restrict processing, object to certain processing activities and exercise any other rights granted to you under applicable data protection law.

FunnelCockpit

We use the platform FunnelCockpit to create, host and operate our landing pages, sales funnels, forms and other website functions. FunnelCockpit may process personal data entered by visitors through forms, including names, email addresses and other information voluntarily provided by the user.

In addition, technical information may be processed when our pages are accessed, including IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, requested URL, referrer URL and information relating to the internet service provider. FunnelCockpit itself describes the processing of technical access data and server log files in its privacy documentation.

The processing of data entered into forms is carried out for the purpose of providing the requested service, responding to inquiries, delivering requested content and, where applicable, carrying out pre-contractual or contractual measures pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where processing requires consent, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

FunnelCockpit may use technical service providers and infrastructure providers to operate and maintain its services. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by applicable statutory retention obligations.

Meta – Facebook and Instagram

We use services provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (hereinafter “Meta”), including Facebook and Instagram, as well as Meta Business Tools such as the Meta Pixel, where applicable.

The Meta Pixel and other Meta Business Tools may collect information about visitors to our website, including information about the device used, browser information, IP address, website visits, interactions with our website and information about conversions or purchases. This information may be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, understand visitor interactions and create or optimize advertising audiences.

The processing of personal data for advertising, measurement and audience-related purposes is based on the user’s consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where consent is legally required.

Meta may combine information received from our website with information from other Meta products and services in accordance with its own privacy policies. Meta states that its Business Tools, including the Meta Pixel, can receive information regarding activities on and off Meta products.

Where required, the corresponding tracking technologies are activated only after the user has provided the necessary consent through our cookie consent mechanism.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to manage and technically implement tracking and measurement tags on our website.

Google Tag Manager enables us to manage and deploy various website tags, such as analytics, advertising and conversion tracking technologies, from a central interface.

Google states that Google Tag Manager may process aggregated information relating to tag firing, system stability, performance and installation quality. According to Google, Google Tag Manager does not otherwise collect, retain or share information about visitors to customers’ websites, apart from standard HTTP request logs and certain diagnostic information.

The individual tracking technologies implemented through Google Tag Manager may nevertheless process personal data. Such technologies are described separately in this Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, tracking tags are activated only after the user has provided the necessary consent through our cookie consent mechanism. Google provides Consent Mode mechanisms that allow tags to adapt their behavior according to the user’s consent choices.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics and user experience analysis service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve its usability and performance.

Microsoft Clarity may collect information about website interactions, including page views, clicks, scrolling behavior, device information, browser information and session-related data. Depending on the configuration, Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish users and sessions.

Clarity may use technologies such as the following cookies: clck, clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM. These technologies may be used to identify a browser, maintain a session or support analytics and advertising-related functionality.

Where legally required, Microsoft Clarity is activated only after the user has provided the necessary consent. Microsoft states that, since October 31, 2025, valid consent signals are required for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland for full Clarity functionality.

Microsoft Clarity supports consent management and can operate without setting Clarity cookies when consent has not been granted.
